Cancellation and Refund

*Cancellation Policy*
Sometimes plans change. We need to know as soon as you do. If we are not notified before the
times indicated below, you will be charged at the following rates:
• Vans/Minibuses MUST be canceled 2 Days prior to the event date to receive full reimbursement.
• Limousines MUST be canceled 2 Days prior to the event date to receive full reimbursement.
• Specialty Sedan & SUV’s MUST be canceled 2 Hours prior pickup time to receive full reimbursement.
• Motor-coach MUST be canceled 2 Days prior to the event date to receive full reimbursement.

*Wait time Charges*
• Hourly rate  is a 3 hour minimum
• Pickup up & Drop off service: no charge first 15 minutes. For each additional minute there will be a $1.05 or $1.40 depending on your location.
• Hourly Jobs: once wait time has reached 30 minutes, you will be charge for an additional hour.
*Additional Charges*
• Parking, tolls, wait time, luggage cart, will all be an additional charge to your bill unless given an all-inclusive rate.
•  Airport-Gate inside Meet and greet an additional $10.00-$20 based on your city.
• Parking rate range from $4.00 to $12.00
•  Extra stops: $20.00 to $30.00 depending on the distance per stop en route
• All quotes will be subjected to an additional charge of 20% gratuity, Tax $8.375%, and tolls if applied. Unless stated.
• 3% credit card processing fee for all charges over $299.99
**Holiday Surcharges**
There is a surcharge of $25.00 for the following days Thanksgiving eve & Thanksgiving day* Christmas eve & Christmas Day* New Year’s eve & New Year’s Day**Easter Day* 4th of July* All pickups are quoted at a 3 hour minimum + 20% gratuity + Tax.

• Pickup’s done during the hours of 11am – 7am : $20.00 Surcharge
**Hazardous Condition Charges**
• $30.00 Extra charge for Icy roads, over 3 inches of snow, over 50 miles and hour wind, Extreme rainy day.

**{Airport  Agreement}**
Arrivals-Please meet your car at the scheduled pick up time and location. For domestic airport pickup: there is a 30-minute grace period allowed following the reported domestic flight arrival time. For international flights there is a 45-minute grace period following the reported international flight arrival time. Train schedules cannot be monitored therefore billing begins at the scheduled pick-up time.
Departures-For departure pick-ups there is a 15 minute grace period. A waiting charge begins 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
*No-Show Charges*
A no-show fee equal to the full cost of the  trip. Plus applicable waiting time will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated locations without notifying Black Tie Luxury Car Service at 800.385.6077.
